BREAKER: Collapse Manifest

So, before i go into any history of our current collapse i must first address how it is manifesting itself today.
One of the issues within capitalist societies is we are not expected or incentivized to think in the past or future, rather we are pushed to think of ourselves in the present tense only. Because when we are divorced of our past we can think of no future different from that than is reasonable in our conditioned present.
So firstly, i will address what is happening now and from that we will build our knowledge of the past and present around it.

Turkey shot down a Russian Jet, ISIS claims responsibility for the murder of more than 100 in the French Capital, Donald Trump is running with stunning popularity, The TPP will be signed within the year, David Cameron will be deploying 10,000 armed servicemen to the streets of britain, Desertification is growing at an astounding rate. The Climate is changing and countries are set to be swallowed whole.

How do we even keep track of all this?
In short, you don't. This is meant to all be too confusing and overwhelming for you to be able to deal with. But, i like many other political Youtubers, bloggers, artists, writers and journalists are here to try to help you make sense of it all.

So we've got a bunch of themes here and we'll go after them one by one:
